If you have particular confidentiality requirements, please raise these during the initial conversation so we can clarify how they can be accommodated before arrangements proceed.
If you prefer planning to be coordinated through an assistant or family office, please introduce your preferred contact when you inquire. We can then discuss communication preferences, responsibilities and booking approvals before confirming the arrangement. SÉRA’s role remains focused on your travel and the care surrounding it.
